Is delivery really free?
Yes. Drop-off and pickup are free anywhere in our Dallas and Collin County service area. If you're just outside it, ask us and we'll see what we can do.
When do I pay?
You can reserve with no payment. We send an invoice after we confirm your dates, and it's due before we deliver.
Can I change my package later?
Yes, as long as we have the totes available. Just message us before your drop-off date and we'll adjust it.
